• ASK YOUR PHARMACIST  for expert advice on common illnesses and ailments

• CALL 111  if you need medical help fast, but it's not life-threatening

• BOOK TO SEE YOUR GP  for illnesses or injuries that won't go away.   Out of hours, dial 111

• During Surgery hours, please contact the surgery for Minor Injuries like sprains, strains or broken bones. If we cannot deal with the problem we will refer you to a LOCAL MINOR INJURIES UNIT

• Use A&E for serious and life-threatening emergencies only.  Remember, A&E IS FOR EMERGENCIES.   If in doubt, call 111 first.
